Every piece of leather tells a story. The life of the animal it came from, the care the tannery shows in preserving the hide, and the passion of the artist burnishing designs into it. A piece of artwork that will last multiple generations.
Hello! I’m Becca, and I proudly hail from the picturesque town of Walla Walla, Washington. Leather has played an incredibly significant role in shaping my life and my interests. I started out riding horses at a young age, which immersed me in the equestrian world, and I learned quickly how to take care of the various types of tack we used on our journeys. There is simply something captivating about the smell of leather; it’s warm, comforting, and undeniably authentic. In 2014, my parents gave me an extraordinary gift: a box filled with essential leather tools, an assortment of random leather scraps, and a delightful collection of vintage books filled with intricate tooling patterns. This box quickly became my new obsession and sparked my passion for leather craft. The tactile experience of working with leather, combined with the endless creative possibilities it offers, has continually inspired me to delve deeper into my craft, allowing me to express my unique artistry through each piece that I create.
